Android 7.0 or later · Google Play account required
Use the same Google account for every step.

1. Join the tester group

No approval wait is required. Select ‘Join group’ on the Google Groups page.

If Google sign-in does not work inside a messaging app, choose ‘Open in another browser’ from its menu.

The Google Play closed test is being prepared. Joining the group alone does not yet enable installation.

After release approval, this page will guide you through ‘Become a tester → Download on Google Play → Install’. Keep using this same link.

The 12-tester, 14-day testing period begins after closed-test participation becomes available.

Using the web version does not count toward the Play closed-test days.
